What does ZERO waste mean? It means not only did I drink and absorb all the nutrients from the spinach, tomatoes, half onion, and lime…I also combined the pulp (aka fiber) with a splash of its own juice and some raw flax seeds. The flax seeds then soaked up the juice and held everything together to form a dip/spread which I used on my favorite Mary’s Gone Crackers. ZERO waste - nothing went into the trash except the lime peel, outside skin layer of the onion, the stickers on the tomatoes, and the empty box of crackers after I ate it all! Yummm…
*middle bottom picture - I like the way tomato juice settles
